Connected administration

What the platform does

Each area shares verified source records while keeping sensitive or specialist information with the officers authorised to manage it.

Members and contacts

Maintain unit memberships, candidates, consented contacts, offices, ceremony history, communication preferences and correction requests without merging identities from an email or name alone.

Meetings and bookings

Publish bookable meetings, record apologies, manage guests and waiting lists, plan dining choices and seating, and prepare accurate event-day information.

Documents and meeting papers

Protect unit and Province files, control publication, prepare summonses and minutes, retain issued versions and enforce fresh permission checks on every download.

Officer workspaces

Provide focused tools for Secretaries, Treasurers, Dining Stewards, Directors of Ceremonies and Almoners while respecting the separation between their responsibilities.

Finance

Manage immutable ledger entries, subscriptions, invoices, payments, credits, expenses and review snapshots with finance-only access and auditable corrections.

Reports and returns

Produce scoped operational reports, scheduled report inboxes and configured annual or installation returns from verified source data with visible as-of dates.

A dashboard shaped by your access

After sign-in, everyone starts at the same neutral address. The dashboard resolves current assignments and verified relationships on the server, then shows only the workspaces that person can use.

Platform administrators

See platform health and the Provinces and units they administer, with links to global configuration and access review.

Province officers

See only their authorised Provinces and Province-level workspaces, reports, returns and unit oversight.

Unit officers

Open the unit or event tools allowed by their current role. Expired or revoked assignments disappear immediately.

Members

See their verified memberships, member-visible documents, communications, bookings, calendars and profile correction options.

Privacy-sensitive roles

Almoner and finance records remain in their dedicated workspaces and are never exposed simply because someone is a general administrator.

Several roles or memberships

Choose among the relationships actually held. The dashboard does not infer access from a shared email, linked unit or Province association.

Security and accountability are built into the workflow

Sensitive actions use server-side authorisation, scoped queries and audit records. Officer accounts support authenticator verification, recovery codes, signed-in session management, access expiry and periodic review.

Private welfare narratives, financial notes, authentication tokens and passwords are kept out of general logs and public pages.

Your account remains yours

Signing in does not grant broad access. Your current roles, unit or Province scope, verified member relationships and any assignment expiry determine what the dashboard returns.

Event booking uses the event’s own link

Lodge, Chapter and other body event bookings do not start from this homepage. Each unit or event publishes its own booking address, normally through its summons, invitation, website or message. That link opens the correct meeting and its current availability directly.

If you need a booking link, contact the unit that invited you. Signed-in members can also find permitted bookings from their membership workspace.

1Open the invitation
Use the unit or event link supplied with the summons or invitation.
2Choose your response
Book, apologise or manage an existing booking on that event page.
3Receive confirmation
Keep the confirmation and management code for later changes.
